1. Service

AnswerRank checks whether AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) mention your business, audits your website's AI-readiness, and generates fixes such as llms.txt and structured data. Results reflect live responses of third-party AI systems and may change over time; we do not guarantee placement in any AI engine's answers.

2. Accounts & fair use

You are responsible for activity under your account. Free checks are rate-limited. Automated abuse, scraping of our API beyond your plan, or resale of results without a white-label plan is prohibited.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc. (polar.sh), which handles payment, taxes and refunds on our behalf. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal, keeping access until the end of the paid period. Refund requests within 14 days of first purchase are honored.

4. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for decisions of third-party AI engines or search systems.
